Chain Gear Manufacturing (Sprocket)
Chain Sprocket is a type of gear used in areas where the distance between the axes is long and rotational motion must be transferred in the same plane. One of the advantages of Sprockets is that they can operate smoothly as a part of power transmission systems, even as the distance increases. High torque can be achieved by using Sprocket. Due to their structure Chain Sprockets are generally used in gear mechanisms that require low rpm. During high speed usage, noise occurs in the gear. Chain Sprockets provide advantages over other types of sprockets in terms of lubrication requirements, and can also operate in open weather conditions. The chain sprocket sags on the side where there is a gap, and in order to work efficiently, the sprocket must be in a tense working order.
